I have been involved in the rehabilitation and performance field since 2005. In addition to my career as a Physiotherapist, I have worked as a Kinesiologist, Personal Fitness Trainer, University Teaching Assistant, and an Athletic Trainer with Acadia University’s Varsity Football Team. I graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Specializing in Sports Rehabilitation), and Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.
I spend most of my leisure time playing in the mountains. In the summer I tend to spend most of my time alpine climbing, rock climbing, scrambling and trail running. In the winter I spend most of the my ice climbing, backcountry skiing, and cross-country skiing. My understanding of most sports allows me to better understand your injury, how your injury relates to your sport, and will allow us to appropriately design your rehabilitation program. |
